Call-Out Service 24/7
Yes that’s right, at Aquafix we can guarantee an engineer is just a phone call away – 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. We cannot always guarantee how quickly we will get to you but we always endeavour to get one of our mobile engineers to your urgent situation as soon as we physically can. Urgent call-outs are always our priority. If you have a pump failure, our quick response team will rapidly remove your submersible pump and have your borehole up and running again with minimal downtime.
There will be a charge for the engineers travelling time and mileage.
Parts Delivery Service
Here at Aquafix we have a wide variety of pumps and parts kept in stock which are readily available all year round especially in the event of an emergency. Stock includes replacement UV bulbs and filters, quartz sleeves, filter cartridges, filtration media, booster pumps, water softeners, borehole pumps and a wide range of other equipment and spares for your private water supply.
We also offer a delivery service for any parts or materials that you may need ASAP.
